Microsoft takes hypocrisy to a new level! They want to take over Yahoo because apparently Google isn’t getting enough competition. Oh, Microsoft: truly, truly, you are a saddening, sodden mass of “loose-stool-water. Arse-gravy of the very worst kind.” And Internet Explorer is the nugget of corn floating in that mess. Dear Internet, this is an image I want you to have in your minds! Because this truly is how I feel about Microsoft and their total inability to grasp the concept that perhaps Google is dominating the world of search engine marketing because they deliver a good product. Put your ridiculous amounts of money into R&D, Microsoft, instead of waving it around like a horny CEO in an LA nightclub. For fuck’s sake.
And speaking of being crap (smooth!), you’ll notice that I still haven’t redesigned the site. But I have been working on it, and part of that work involved installing a PHP database on my host server, which was totally hard! And now I’m trying to figure out how to alter the PHP templates to redesign my page layout? Um, does anyone out there know anything about WordPress? (“Hey, it’s free!” I thought.)
Anyway, I think I’ve done the hard bit, so stand by.
