Hey hey! After a mere eighty years, I’ve finally designed myself a new template. And pretty fucking swanky it is too, if I say so myself. How much do you love my masthead? You can tell me exactly how much, because after careful consideration I’ve decided to switch back to a guestbook that actually works. How I’ve missed your feedback, my single-digits of readers! Please validate my existence once again!
My apologies if the design is too wide for your monitors. My monitor is about the same dimensions as a movie screen (sounds great, but when I finish work every day I am pretty much legally blind), so it’s hard for me to judge how things will look on normal-sized screens. So if you’ve got an annoying horizontal slider bar, I am sorry. I will continue to tweak.
I’m quite proud of this template because it’s the first layout I’ve designed solely with CSS. (Look, Ma, no tables!) Pretty impressive – well, if you’re a complete spod, anyway. Also I think those 3D buttons in the masthead are boss. Illustrator is my bitch. Photoshop is also my bitch. In fact I’d say I’m turning out the whole Adobe suite, although GoLive is going to need a few more black eyes before she learns that I’m the daddy around here.
God, sorry about the graphic-designer-as-pimp metaphor there. Obviously I’m still hung over from the football yesterday.
